Robert Allison, York University

Robert is an Associate Professor at York University's Department of Computer Science and Engineering. His research focuses on human perceptual responses in virtual environments and basic study of stereoscopic vision. He is also interested in the measurement and analysis of eye movements and the applications of this technology.

Wendy Adams, University of Southampton

Wendy Adams joined the University of Southampton’s Department of Psychology in 2004.  She is a Professor of Experimental Psychology, and her research involves human visual perception and multisensory perception.

Wendy is on the editorial board of Attention, Perception & Psychophysics. She has served on the abstract review committees for the VSS and Eurohaptics conferences, and on the grant assessment panel for the UK’s EPSRC. She has received grants from NIH, EPSRC, ESRC, Wellcome Trust and the British Academy.

Assistant Professor and Principal Investigator (PI), Ph.D. at the Freud Lab. The Freud lab is focused on the investigation of the cognitive and neural processes that mediate our ability to perceive the world around us and to interact with objects in our environment.


Richard Murray, York University

Professor of graduate studies in Biology, Electric Engineering & Computer Science and Psychology at York University. He is a member of the Centre for Vision Research and VISTA faculty member. His research is focused on perceptual psychology, visual psychophysics, perceptual organization, three-dimensional shape perception and system identification methods in psychophysics.

Deborah Giaschi, UBC & B.C. Children's Hospital

Deborah is a Professor at the University of British Columbia's Department of Ophthalmology & Visual Sciences and an Associate Member in the Department of Psychology, a Staff Scientist at B.C. Children's Hospital, as well as a Scientist Level 3 and Director of Operations at the Child and Family Research Imaging Facility.
